Tae Kwon Do

Tae Kwon Do is a Korean Martial Art that emphasizes kicking and hand techniques along with some self defense moves. Children and adults learn respect, discipline, and self-confidence. Classes run throughout the year. Instructor: Donna Bird - 3rd Degree Black Belt.

Must pre-register at the front desk.

Roller Skating

Rollerskating will return to the YMCA in November! The gym is open Friday nights from 6:30-7:30pm beginning November 6th.  Sorry, no rollerblades allowed.

Pickleball is a paddle sport for all ages and skill levels! The rules are simple and the game is easy to learn. Equipment is provided by the YMCA if needed. Come join us in the YMCA gym to try it out! Days and Times vary, check at the front desk for current schedule.


Children ages 2-5 are invited to the YMCA every Tuesday & Friday from January- March 2020.  The Y gym will be transformed into an indoor park with mats, tunnels, games, scooters, parachutes, and more!

The pool will be available Tuesdays for small children and their families.  We will have some toys, platform, life jackets, noodles, etc for you to enjoy.

Parent/caregiver must accompany child in the pool and the gym for these activities.
